What should I do if I forgot my VPS password?

If you forgot the VPS login password, first check whether the product details page provides a password reset feature.

KVM products​

KVM products can usually reset the password from the product details page. After reset, use the new password shown on the page.

LXC products​

Some LXC products may require reinstalling the system to reset the password. Reinstallation clears data inside the system, so confirm whether you need a backup first.

Still unable to log in​

Please provide in your ticket:

  • Product ID or service name.
  • Username you used.
  • Whether you already tried resetting the password.
  • Screenshot of the exact error.
