Where can I find the SSH port for a NAT product?
NAT products use a shared public IPv4 address. IPv4 connections must use the mapped port assigned to your service.
Check the product details page for port information. Connect using:
ssh username@public-ip -p mapped-port
Do not connect to a NAT product's IPv4 address directly on the default 22 port.
IPv6 connection
If the product has IPv6 assigned, you can try connecting using the IPv6 address. The IPv6 connection method depends on the product details page and system configuration.
Still unable to connect
Please provide in your ticket:
- Product ID or service name.
- The connection command you used.
- Screenshot of the port information shown on the product details page.
- Screenshot of the terminal error or the full error text.
