Why can't I send mail over port 25?

For anti-spam and network reputation protection, some products restrict outbound port 25 by default.

If you need to send email, we recommend using a third-party email provider's SMTP service first, such as services that support ports 465 or 587.

Whether email sending is supported and whether restrictions can be removed depend on the specific product description and current policy.

When submitting a ticket, please describe your email use case and provide the product ID. Support will confirm available options based on the product type.
