Do you provide test IPs, and how should I evaluate route quality?

If the product page provides a Looking Glass link, you can use it to test the node's route. If the page does not provide one, support cannot provide a test IP temporarily either.

Factors that affect route experience​

  • Your location and local ISP.
  • Evening peak hours and international transit congestion.
  • The destination node region and the product route type.

Routes labeled as China optimized are best effort, with no guarantee of specific speed, latency, or evening peak performance. Looking Glass test results also do not mean the machine you purchase will necessarily perform the same on your network.

Some ports may be restricted​

Some products note in their product description that common ports such as 80, 443, and 3389 may be restricted. If you encounter this, please use other ports.

We do not recommend judging long-term experience based on a single test point. Before purchasing, carefully read the product description, route notes, and suitable use cases. If the route does not meet your expectations, whether a refund is possible is likewise handled according to the VPS refund policy.
