When are presale products delivered, and when does billing start?

The delivery time for presale products depends on the current batch and the product page description. If the page does not show an exact date, support cannot promise an exact delivery time.

When does the service period start?

For presale products, the service period usually starts after the machine is formally delivered or activated, not immediately after the order is paid.

If the system shows a next due date before delivery, please use the final delivery time and actual billing adjustment as the source of truth.

How can I check progress?

Follow the product page, announcements, or ticket replies. If the product has not been delivered for a long time, submit a ticket with your order number for checking.
