How do I cancel a service, and can I withdraw the cancellation?

How to cancel

If you no longer want to renew or want to unsubscribe, turn off auto-renewal on the product details page. Once it is off, the service ends when the current billing period expires. You do not need to submit a separate cancellation request or ticket.

Turning off auto-renewal is not the same as requesting a refund. For refund eligibility, see the VPS refund policy.

What happens when the service expires

A service with auto-renewal turned off is deleted on its due date, and data in the system cannot be recovered. Please back up any data you need before the due date.

The system sends reminder emails before the due date, so please keep an eye on your inbox (including the spam folder).

If you did not turn off auto-renewal but do not pay the renewal invoice on time, the service will be suspended and deleted according to the Terms of Service.

What if I want to keep using the service

Before the service expires, go back to the product details page and turn auto-renewal back on. This withdraws the cancellation. Then pay the renewal invoice on time. No ticket is needed.

Once the service has expired and been deleted, turning auto-renewal back on cannot restore the original service.
