Can I withdraw a service cancellation request?

If you already submitted a cancellation request but later decide to keep using the service, please submit a support ticket as soon as possible.

Support will check the current service status and confirm whether the cancellation request can still be withdrawn.

Please provide

• Service ID or product name.
• A note that you want to withdraw the cancellation request.
• Whether renewal has already been completed or is still needed.

If the service has expired, been deleted, or entered an unrecoverable state, the cancellation may not be reversible.
